City University of Science and Information Technology offers liberal scholarships to meritorious students based on their academic achievements. For further information, please contact the admission office:

A. Merit Scholarship - I
(i) Waiver: 100% Tuition Fee
(ii) Eligibility: At-least 75% marks in the preceding annual exam (Intermediate/Bachelor)
(iii) Continuation: A minimum of 3.67 CGPA in the preceding semester with full load of courses passed

B. Merit Scholarship - II
(i) Waiver: 50% Tuition Fee
(ii) Eligibility: At-least 65% marks in the preceding annual exam (Intermediate/Bachelor)
(iii) Continuation: A minimum of 3.33 CGPA in the preceding semester with full load of courses passed

C. Goodwill Scholarship - I
(i) Waiver: Admission Fee + 30% Tuition Fee.
(ii) Eligibility: Ex-Student of Peshawar Model Educational Institutes (PMEI)
(iii) Continuation: A minimum of 2.50 CGPA in the preceding semester with full load of courses passed

D. Goodwill Scholarship - II
(i) Waiver: 30% Tuition Fee.
(ii) Eligibility: Ex-Students of Govt. Schools/Colleges, Govt. Employees and their wards
(iii) Continuation: A minimum of 2.50 CGPA in the preceding semester with full load of courses passed

In all cases where these regulations are silent or where there is a difference of opinion about their interpretation, the decision of the Committee appointed by the Vice Chancellor will be final, provided that it is not inconsistent with or repugnant to these regulations.
