Convocation 2007-08 was held on Feb 14, 2008 at the university campus, Dalazak Road. Governor NWFP & Pattern, City University was chief guest and Minister for information, Science & Technology Mr. Imtiaz Hussain Gillani was guest of honour at the graduation ceremony.

217 students were conferred upon degrees in Ph.D, M.Phil, MBA, MCS, M.Ed, B.Ed, BCS, BSE, BBA and BBIT.

Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Khattak's name will go into the history of the university as the first Ph.D of the University.
