Students’
Societies Election 2009,
to elect the
Presidents and Vice Presidents of the Organizing, Study Tours /
Excursion, Sports, Fine Arts and Literary Societies were held at the
campus. A large number of students applied their candidature for the
posts. An interview was conducted, by Staff Members and Ex-
Presidents of the societies, to scrutinize and short list suitable
candidates as per University’s laid down criteria.
The candidates were asked different questions regarding their respective societies and duties they will have to perform if they win the election. After scrutiny, list of qualified candidates was issued to participate in the Election 2009. |

| On the 8th of June, 2009 Election was held from 09:30 AM to 3:00 PM. During the specified time 60 % of the students cast their votes. Event was Supervised by Mr. Mehdi Abbas, Ms. Maira Zeb and Mr. Yasir Ali Rasheed. Counting was done by the presiding staff which included: Mr. Ahsan, Mr. Aamir, Mr. Irfan, Mr. Sanaullah, Mr. Saqib, Ms. Javeria and Ms. Sidra.
